I don't have much to pull out of my ear that the normal spoons can't get, but there's so much more. You can use it to pull out ear hairs (older guys know what I'm talking about), but what's become really addictive is using the tweezers to squeeze blackheads off your nose. Put the tweezer ends over a blackhead and push, and the blackheads just pop out. It's addictive. I almost wish I had more to take out.
